Return Policy for DD15 Fuel Filter Kits and Other Items
New, unopened DD15 fuel filter kits are eligible for a lifetime return at All Pro Truck Parts. This applies to items in their original packaging, with some exceptions for sale and special order items. To qualify for a return, your fuel filter kit must be unused and in the same condition as received. Used items, if applicable, are accepted for return within 30 days of purchase.
Defective items under manufacturer warranty are also eligible for return and a full refund. To qualify, the DD15 fuel filter kit must be under warranty, and the manufacturer must confirm the defect for the intended application.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned DD15 fuel filter kit, All Pro Truck Parts will notify you via email regarding your refund status. Shipping for Returns and Exchanges
