Shipment Tracking: While STE will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe and tracking information, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times or schedule delivery appointments. Liability for Damages During Unloading: Any charges or damages incurred during the unloading process from the carrier’s truck are the sole responsibility of the customer.
